A one-day user test is a fast and cost-efficient way to give
you a clear view of your website's usability strengths and weaknesses in just one day.
| What we do: |
- Conference call to define the goals and scenario of
the usability test.
- Check-up of your site by our experts, based on our usability matrix
(see: Usability Check-up).
- User test with 4 users (ca. 1,5 hours per user). The usability test can be held
in your offices so your web team can follow the test.
- Direct feedback from one of our experts while your web team follows the test on a
large screen in a separate room.
- 2-hour workshop to discuss the most important
usability problems and possible solutions.
What you get:
The day after the user test you get a short written
report (3 to 6 pages) containing the most important
usability problems and possible solutions.

- Any internet, intranet or extranet project as soon as the design
stage is over.
- The beta version of any online application.

3.250 euro (excl. VAT) Options:
- Extensive report, based on screenshots (25 to 30 pages): 1.500 euro (excl.
